Unauthorized Resellers

These sellers are not known by us, or authorized to sell our products. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the products they are selling are authentic and cannot honor warranties.

 

 

Outward Hound Guarantee

We design our products to help you have fun with your pet, so if they're not performing to your satisfaction, we've got you covered. If you purchased in-store from one of our authorized sellers, we provide you 30 days to take your Outward Hound, Petstages, Planet Dog, Nina Ottosson, Best Friends by Sheri, Charming Pet or Wholesome Pride purchases for a trial run, knowing that you can return any item, for any reason, within 30 days for a refund or replacement product.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the OUTWARD HOUND® Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.  This Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

How Do I Claim the Guarantee on a Purchase from An Authorized Retailer?

Please take the item you want to return and your receipt (or other proof of purchase) to the store where the product was purchased. If you are unable to obtain a proper refund from the authorized retailer in question, please reach out to us here. support@outwardhound.com

Please note that we are only able to honor guarantees for products within 30 days of the purchase date. We reserve the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion. We stand behind all our brands and products sold by our authorized retailers and are happy to work with you.

Product Descriptions

OUTWARD HOUND® attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by OUTWARD HOUND® itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, or to seek a replacement.

How Do Retailers Get Reimbursed for a Returned Product?

Hours Of Operation & Shipping Times Wholesale

We process all orders in a timely manner. Our website takes orders 24 hours a day, but uptime and availability are not guaranteed. Our site may be offline for long periods of time for upgrades or other required maintenance. OUTWARD HOUND® does not guarantee delivery dates and times, which are estimates only. Orders will process within 1-2 business days and ship in 2-3 business days from our warehouse in La Mirada, CA. Please note, we cannot guarantee weekend deliveries.

Currently OUTWARD HOUND® ships within the contiguous United States and Washington DC.

Methods Of Payment

OUTWARD HOUND® wholesale processes Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Google Pay purchases through a secure connection through an authorized gateway. We do not store your credit card numbers on our site. We do not accept cash or checks. Other payment methods are subject to change at any time and may not be available to all customers. All orders are subject to verification and may be delayed if we are unable to confirm retailer details.
