Outward Hound Guarantee
We design our products to help you have fun with your pet, so if they're not performing to your satisfaction, we've got you covered. Whether you buy online or in-store from one of our authorized sellers, we provide you 45 days to take your Outward Hound, Petstages, Planet Dog, Nina Ottosson, Charming Pet, Bionic, Dublin Dog or Wholesome Pride purchases for a trial run, knowing that you can return any item, for any reason, within 45 days for a refund or replacement product. No questions asked.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Outward Hound Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
How do I claim the Guarantee on an OutwardHound.com order?
Please note that we are only able to honor guarantees for products within 45 days of the purchase date. We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion. Please submit your return request here.
How do I claim the Guarantee on my purchase from an authorized retailer?
Simply take the items you want to return and your receipt (or other proof of purchase) to the store where the item was purchased. If you are unable to obtain a proper refund from the authorized retailer in question, reach out to us here. Please note that we are only able to honor guarantees for products within 45 days of the purchase date. We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion. We stand behind all of our brands and products sold by our authorized retailers, and are happy to work with you.
Outward Hound attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Outward Hound itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, or to seek a replacement.
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold at our website is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Outward Hound may, from time to time in its sole discretion, offer certain promotional cards for discounts. Promotional cards are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases. There is no cash alternative. Furthermore, promotional cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional discount, and must be redeemed within 1 year of the date of issuance. Lost promotional cards cannot be replaced. Promotion cards are only valid for purchases on the Outward Hound Company Website. Any promotional program may be terminated or modified by Outward Hound at any time in Our sole discretion.
Hours of Operation & Shipping Times
We try to process all orders in a timely manner. Our website takes orders 24-hours a day, but uptime and availability is not a guarantee. Our site may be offline for long periods of time for upgrades or other required maintenance. OUTWARD HOUND® does not guarantee delivery dates and times, which are estimates only. Orders will process within 1-2 business days and ship 2-3 business days from our warehouse in La Mirada, CA. Expedited orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Please note, we cannot guarantee weekend deliveries.
At this time, we only ship within the contiguous 48 states within the United States (and Washington DC). In the future, we hope to extend our services to other states and countries.
Methods of payment
Outwardhound.com processes Visa and Mastercard purchases through a secure connection through an authorized gateway. We do not store your credit card numbers on our site. We do not accept cash or checks. Other payment methods are subject to change at any time and may not be available to all customers and countries. All orders are subject to verification and maybe delayed if we are unable to confirm important details.
The purpose of this blog is to provide an exchange of customer information, opinions and thoughts. The posts do not reflect the opinions of Outward Hound and Outward Hound makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of the information contained herein. Users agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

The Outward Hound mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by The Kyjen Company, LLC (Outward Hound) (“Outward Hound”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Outward Hound’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Outward Hound through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Outward Hound. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (855) 605-2922. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Outward Hound mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
