Our satisfaction guarantee and returns policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied within 30-days of website purchase, you may return an item for a full refund of the purchase price with order number. Before mailing an item back to us, please call or send an email discuss the issue. We will then issue you a return authorization. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition, and include all packaging. Unless you are explicitly instructed to do so, please do not return damaged or defective items. Erroneous shipments from outwardhound.com and defective or damaged merchandise will be refunded with no additional costs or shipping fees. We may ask you to provide photographic proof of damage. Clearance and sale items are subject to availability for replacements.
Replacements require proof of purchase, and to be within 30 days of purchase. We offer one replacement per customer.
We are unable to offer replacements to international addresses (we encourage you to seek out assistance from the place of purchase)
We offer a one-time replacement for items with an MSRP of $9.99 or greater

Hours of operation
We try to process all orders in a timely manner. Our website takes orders 24-hours a day, but uptime and availability is not a guarantee. Our site may be offline for long periods of time for upgrades or other required maintenance. We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). OUTWARD HOUND® does not guarantee delivery dates and times, which are estimates only. If you select expedited shipping for an additional charge, and we receive your order before 11:30am (MST), your order will be shipped the same day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 11:30am (MST) will ship the following business day (orders placed after 11:30am on Friday will ship on Monday).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Methods of payment
Outwardhound.com processes Visa and Mastercard purchases through a secure connection through an authorized gateway. We do not store your credit card numbers on our site. We do not accept cash or checks. Other payment methods are subject to change at any time and may not be available to all customers and countries. All orders are subject to verification and maybe delayed if we are unable to confirm important details.
